Dr. Lance Wallnau was the first one to introduce the concept of Convergence to me many years ago. The term was coined by Dr. Bobby Clinton decades ago while he studied the lives of leaders over a more than 30 year period.

Career Convergence happens when you start doing the work you were created and called to do. You enter a role that frees you to utilize 100% of your gifts, talents, and acquired skills.
In convergence, you access levels of incomparable fulfilment.
The convergence zone is a term describing something like a supernatural enablement of divine grace upon your life. This divine enablement results in uncanny coincidences, divine appointments and supernatural manifestations.
It’s interesting that in the Western hemisphere this coming together of a life of meaning, significance and impact normally only starts happening from about 50 + years. If you’re familiar with the concepts of Success to Significance as discussed in Half Tim, you’ll have an understanding of what this concept seeks to convey.
